Is it your first time entering a UACC Case Competition? This is the competition for you!

The PwC First Timers’ Case Competition gives you the opportunity to analyse a business and come up with creative strategies for them moving forward. This competition is perfect for building communication skills, analytical thinking, teamwork skills, and exposes you to various business case studies. There is a cash prize pool on offer too!

In teams of four you will be given three hours to analyse a business and prepare a solution. Each team will have 10 minutes to present to a panel of judges, followed by 10 minutes of Q&A. You may sign up as a team or as an individual, in which case we will assign you to a team.

DATES
Registrations open: Wednesday 10th August
Registrations close: Wednesday 24th August
Tutorial: Saturday 27rd August
Preliminary Rounds: Sunday 28th August to Wednesday 31st August (Note: your team will only need to be present on one of these dates)
Semi-Finals: Thursday 1st September
Finals: Friday 2nd September

DEVELOPMENT SQUAD
Want to take your skills further? Competing in either the PwC First Timers' or Open Case Competitions will make you eligible to apply for the Development Squad. Squad members are able to represent UOA in both national and international case competitions! A separate application form will be available following the competitions, so stay tuned.
